Booking Terms

Late Arrival or No-Show
If you wish to cancel a refundable booking, contact Ghorfatech. If there’s a chance you'll arrive late or miss check-in, notify the property directly. Failure to inform them may result in cancellation of the remaining stay and loss of refund eligibility based on the property's terms.
Changes or Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by property. Some bookings are non-refundable or incur cancellation fees. Others may be fully refundable. Special deals may not allow changes.
